Ms. Taylor was previously a management consultant with Kuczmarski & Associates (K&A) in Chicago, Illinois before relocating to Colorado. She specialized in developing new products, services and marketing strategies.
Ms. Taylor’s last client engagement at K&A involved launching and managing the 2002 Chicago Innovation Awards sponsored by The Chicago Sun Times and K&A and subsequently sold to the Wrigley Company of Chicago.
Before joining K&A, Ms. Taylor worked for the Morton Salt Company for over nine years. For her outstanding work at Morton, Ms. Taylor was awarded the YWCA Outstanding Business Achievement Award and was inducted into the Salt Crystal Society.
In Colorado, Ms. Taylor recently completed a six-year term on Aspen Academy’s Board of Trustees, and served the last three years as Board Chair. Aspen Academy is located in Greenwood Village, Colorado. In 2009, Ms. Taylor graduated from the Leadership Jefferson County program sponsored by the West Chamber in Colorado.
In Illinois, Ms. Taylor was active in the Chicago Chamber of Commerce’s Youth Motivation Program as a guest speaker in Chicago public schools. She also has lectured at Notre Dame University on business expansion in Mexico. Other community support included participating in various fundraising activities for the United Way and volunteering at the Anti-Cruelty Society of Chicago.
Ms. Taylor holds an MBA in finance and marketing from the University of Chicago’s Booth Graduate School of Business and a BA in economics from the University of Illinois.
Ms. Taylor is married and currently resides with her husband and two daughters in Columbine Valley, Colorado.view less
