PREFACE
My thoughts like honey
Pouring from my head,
Dripping down my arm
Transferred to paper by lead.
Your eyes complete the circuit
Unites your mind with mine
The current is complete
Our minds are intertwined.
My thoughts now are yours
Perceive them loud and clear
Give my views a chance
I’ll try to let you hear.

Son, you’re so naive
To me you must believe
I’ve been here much longer
And so I am much stronger
I’ll try to share with you
The things I’ve tried to do.
When the day is very dark
And you see forboding skies
Fight with all your heart
And keep a sparkle in your eyes
