- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5I read this book just last week. It was written before they got married, so it ended with speculation about if they actually would even get engaged. It was a highly interesting book retracing Kate's family history. Her family's humble beginings are examined as well as the life they would have lived. I tore thru this book. It was all the better for me knowing the outcome of these two people who have come together despite a vastly different heritage.
