Introduction.

I have a Theory about Tetra Masts were they used to place subliminal adverts into the minds of the people living nearby to Milford Haven and Pembroke Dock..??

The purpose of this ebook is to bring together a Project which I was involved in and that was LNG problems to the existing population, basically grave dangers being emplaced upon them, but it was how this was won deeply concerns me and which is on going.

Was the LNG problem in the Cleddau Estuary, West Wales, U.K. squashed successfully by the Judges and the Authorities, [yes it was] R.H. MAILE speaking,..and very likely with the help of Subliminal Adverts placed in the minds of the people using Tetra Masts..??, YES, I am convinced without doubt that this is a positive.

In the U.K. around the year 2000 it may have been that the U.K. Government decided to allow or bring in LNG Ships to the Cleddau Estuary, West Wales, U.K.

In 2003 the Planning Authority the P.C.C. passed planning for the LNG Storage Tanks provided the H.S.E. considered it safe. Did they say it was safe..??

There are so many wrong doings during the last 5 years that these will be part of another book.

But what did happen was that there was a Court Case as follows….

The problem being caused by the Court Case taken forward by A.Hardy and R.H. Maile requesting a Judicial Review, and started by the Solicitor R.Buxton acting on behalf of A.Hardy and R.H.Maile with letters being sent to all Authorities on 7 Nov 2004 informing them of the request for a Judicial Review, especially about the dangers of the LNG Ships.

The Authorities, or should I say, the Construction Companies, took NO NOTICE WHATSOEVER OF THESE LETTERS AND THE PENDING COURT CASE.

It is obvious from this, that this Project seemed to have Government backing…!!!

The Construction Companies then brought in thousands of men during 2005, and went forward and built these Huge LNG Storage Tanks.

There was one Court Case, 26 July 2005 and then three Appeals, ending on the 3 July 2005 - ALL FAILED to get the Request for a Judicial Review. Because the Courts refused a Judicial Review, it does NOT MEAN in any way whatsoever THAT THE HARBOUR IS SAFE FOR LNG/LPG SHIPS OR LNG STORAGE TANKS. At this point R.Buxton Solicitor acting on behalf of A.Hardy, and R.H.Maile, sent the case to the European Court for Human Rights and this is on going right now.

Later, a Petition submitted by R.H.Maile declared admissible in September 2006 and given the number of 0354/2006 by the Committee of Petitions, European Parliament,

Brussels, was heard, and he R.H.Maile has spoken 3 three times at the Committee of Petition, [the last time being 31 March 2009] Against LNG Ships entering the Cleddau Estuary, West Wales, and that the Emergency Plan does not take into consideration the fact that LNG when it turns into a Gas, may well drift in any direction and
