      INTRODUCTION

      I love men and do not intend to bash them, but have always found them to be increasingly hard to fathom and very frustrating. Even as I aged, men remained elusive. I read The Rules, He’s just not that into you, Men are from Mars Women are from Venus but after listening to other women recant their woes I started musing about the different aspects of personality.

      There is a field of thought that says we should raise our men up, submit and celebrate them for being in our lives. Huge numbers of women have serious issues with the concept of submission; and celebrating a man is like off the scale.

      But with the thought of celebration I realized what are we celebrating? If we are invited to a wedding, do we jump out at the bride and yell surprise? Or if you are celebrating a promotion you might invite friends over but are they planning to stay the night? In other words to celebrate your man you need to discern what uniqueness he may have.
