About this ebook
Having worked in the health and fitness field for 16 years (5 years specifically as a weight loss counselor), I educated people about health and fitness. I, however, also learned a lot from my clients and have developed a plan that can help those who have struggled to lose weight and keep it off, as well as people who just want to lead a more healthful life. Even if you've failed at weight loss and/or exercise programs in the past, you can be successful with the guidance provided in this book. Not a diet or quick weight loss plan, this is a balanced, achievable approach to diet and exercise. Learn how to develop the habits of nutritious eating and regular exercise without deprivation or pain. It's the next best thing to having your own personal weight counselor and exercise trainer!
