Our nation is in rapid decline. We don't want to acknowledge it or believe it, but it's true.
If we don't change America will be history.
The good news is that there is still time to save our great nation from extinction.
We don't have to create anything, re-invent anything or do anything radical or drastic.
All we have to do is be America!
We must be the great nation that America is as described in our Declaration of Independence, Constitution and Bill of Rights.
It's that simple.

Caution: This book requires independent critical thinking skills.
Caution: If you cannot hold two thoughts in your head at the same time, this book may induce an aneurysm.
Caution: If you are a practicing hypocrite, you should avoid this book.
Caution: If you are a practicing hypocrite and don't know you are a practicing hypocrite, you will learn that from this book. And the additional caution for you would be that the truth hurts.

The message is simple: If you talk the talk, walk the walk.

As a military officer I took an oath to defend the Constitution of the United States from all enemies, foreign and domestic, and as a retired military officer, I continue to honor that oath today by publishing this book.

À propos de l'auteur

Orwell Kafka is the nom de plume of an American expat. He holds a Master of Science in Education, is a retired military field-grade officer and former history teacher. He is a staunch advocate of peace, non-violence and participatory Democracy. He defends the U.S. Constitution, Freedom, Democracy and the 1st Amendment. He acts with integrity and his philosophy is to expose hypocrisy and deception where and when he sees it. His primary focus is satire since direct comments indicting the wealthy and powerful, which he has labeled the Privileged American Kleptocratic, Plutocratic, Oligarchic, Aristocracy, are incendiary and have become unacceptable in a free and open society along with the fact that direct commentary has been too easily marginalized by America’s current power structure. In these increasingly oppressive times he publishes under a pseudonym for fear of political repercussions and reprisals leveled at his truth-to-power free speech.

The Decline and Fall of the United States - Orwell Kafka

Marriage is a sacred institution, until death do us part, that’s why gay people should not be allowed the privilege of participating in it, but divorce is legal…

Ours is a Christian Nation that lives by the Ten Commandments - in fact, they should be posted on every wall and our national laws should be based on them - and one of the most important is thou shalt not kill - that’s why we have state sanctioned executions and we engage in numerous and perpetual wars…

A nation that takes pride in asking What Would Jesus Do? - should have the wisdom to focus on the answer

Innocent until proven guilty is now guilty until proven innocent, IF we allow evidence in your defense to be presented in court…

DNA is more than welcome as compelling evidence, IF it proves that the person charged is in fact guilty, but should be ignored or is outright inadmissible if it exonerates the accused…

And these are only five examples of the institutionalized cancer of hypocrisy infecting our nation…

We are in the midst of, and seeing first hand, the decline, fall and if allowed to continue, ultimate destruction of our society, culture and nation… The United States of America was a brilliant, revolutionary concept… it is all but gone today.

Our nation is imploding… and unless we start to act as if our written words about freedom and democracy have value and we practice the belief that all men are created equal and we all have the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, and the right to privacy and to be secure in our persons, houses, papers and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures and that we have rights to due process, habeas corpus, freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom of any religion, freedom of not religion, freedom to peaceably assemble and petition the government for a redress of grievances - even if those grievances are against the powerful institutions of organized crime as represented by the bankers, Wall Street and the top one-percenters that have taken over OUR government - and the right to guard against excessive bail or cruel and unusual punishments, and right to a speedy trial, should we be arrested and accused of a crime, while having the right to confront our accusers and bring to the light of day the evidence against us, without it being labeled classified (classified, but trust us, the guy’s guilty)…

Unless we start to live these concepts and principles that our great nation was founded on…

We will continue to be a corporate-controlled dictatorship in decline with no regard for liberty or human rights, and therefore a country of nationally-sanctioned blatant and unequivocal practicing hypocrites, where the biggest loudmouths with the most money are allowed to live in privilege, are immune to laws, contribute nothing to our society or nation and continue to take unethical and immoral advantage of the powerless while claiming we are a Christian nation and telling the majority that we need to be good Christians even though they don’t have the slightest clue what that means…

And soon enough - much sooner, much less at all, than most of us would like to see it happen - the United States of America, and every concept it was founded upon, will be history.

Hypocrisy: The practice of claiming to have moral standards or beliefs to which one’s own behavior does not conform; pretense; a feigning to be what one is not or to believe what one does not; especially: the false assumption of an appearance of virtue or religion.

I believe in true patriotism - loving and serving one’s country and praising its greatness, while acknowledging and correcting its flaws.

I also believe in honesty, integrity and having one’s actions match one’s words.

In short: If you talk the talk, walk the walk; anything less is unacceptable.

Those who hear not the music, think the dancers mad.

My friends tell me I think too much. I know, thinking is a dangerous thing, soon to be officially against the law, and upheld as Constitutional by superior beings in black robes mislabeled as the supreme court (lower case intentional). I think the Supremes were more supreme than any member of the supreme court, with the exception maybe of Thurgood Marshall. At least the Supremes could hold a fucking tune. With the exception of Marshall (Thurgood, not John), most of the court members, past or current, can’t hold a non-hypocritical thought, much less a tune. Still, I’d rather hear the fuckers try to sing than rule on law that directly impacts on our liberty or rights.

In any event, I’ll agree with my friends that I think too much.

The problem is that I believe in honesty and integrity. I also love my country very much. And I do not believe those two things need to be
