Barry Jablonski

From the author: I grew up in Missouri, Kansas, and Oklahoma. Because my family moved around so much, I was always the "new kid" in school. It wasn't until we moved to Oklahoma City that my family put down any kind of "roots". I lived there eight years, the longest I had lived anywhere else. I call this place home. I started writing poetry at sixteen, but life has a way of keeping you from doing things you love to do. It's taken me over forty years to be able to write poetry again. I think that all my life experience has helped me to add "depth" to my poetry. DREAMS OF A POET, is my first attempt at publishing an e-book ( or any other kind of book ) so I don't have any awards to brag about. Only time will judge the value of my poetry. Since most poets aren't recognized until after their death, I don't expect any awards soon. Today I live in Lakeland, Florida. My second home of forty plus years. This is where you will find me working on my next book of poetry.
