    Living a healthy life and keeping fit is a goal that most people fall short of, including me. We all want to look like the supermodels, actors and actresses in those popular fashion magazines; but many of us don't know how to achieve the look in a healthy manner.

    I have been growing and taking herbs on and off for about 14 years along with being a vegetarian. I know that many of you think that becoming a vegetarian may be a bit much, but it is a great way to control your weight along with exercise. Over the course of a year, from 2011 - 2012, I lost 50 pounds just by making small dietary changes; and I have managed only to gain 5 pounds in the 21 months after my transformation.
