I am just a girl that was lucky enough to grow up in a family that enjoy to travel. So these books are about how we use to travel by plane and car. As I grew up the traveling did not stop. Living down south gave me more places to visit.

I would like to thank my sister Cindy Collins for helping with this book and being there during these trips. To dad (Wasyl Kryzaniwskyj) and mom (Mary Kryzaniwskyj) thank you, for planning and taking us on these trips so we could get to know other family members that did not live around us. Giving us memories that will never be forgotten and pictures to talk and laugh about. This book would of not happen if it was not for my Canada family to so thank you for all the good memories, when we were all together and pictures.

Intro Page
Growing up in a house that had a mother that was a Canadian born and raise, brought on many trips to Hamilton, and Niagara Falls area. There are many ways to get there but the only way I know is by vehicle. So this is part family memories and part guide. Some items that I have learn and pick up during the years of traveling back and forth to another country. What happens behind close doors when it comes to traveling to see family? The example I am going to be using through out this book is traveling as adults both my sister and me with our family. It takes average of three to four hours to drive. Figure out where the family is going to stay, and do. Now it is another adventure of a family trip is to go to Canada, which is full of laughs, memories, fun and visiting family that will be in minds and pictures for the rest of our lives. Everyone should enjoy them because through life that is all we have is memories of love ones.
Chapter One
Planning Out
When living in Michigan, when people saying they are going to Canada it is not a big deal because it is right next door and it is not that hard to find a location to cross over. When it comes to options it is either tunnel or bridge. There are special ships for semi trucks to take them over. There are a few city locations to cross at to but it all depends on what part of Canada want to travel in. For example if planning on going to Windsor, then can take the tunnel or bridge in downtown Detroit, Michigan and can be right in Windsor. Now if plan on going to Hamilton and Niagara Falls, it is much easier to go through Port Huron and take the bridge over. So when planning on a trip to Canada think about which city planning on seeing over there and then go with the right location to cross over.
Now if planning on driving from out of state to Canada, then either drive into Michigan and then cross over or drive up to Buffalo New York and there are three locations. One bridge is mainly use for semi trucks to go back and forth through the countries. Then the other two bridges vehicles use them. There is one bridge called the Rainbow Bridge once you cross into Canada that is the Niagara Falls area. The other is less traffic and once cross into Canada, have to drive a distance to get into Niagara Falls area. All depends on how much the family can deal with traffic and how long the wait is to cross over. If driving a long time it is good to take the bridge with the less wait time and then just drive in from there. Once on the Rainbow Bridge it is a good view when sitting on the bridge to look down at the fall, but can cause trouble for people that can not stand being up high up in the air and bridges.
When planning a trip to another country makes sure to have the right paper work to cross over. These days everyone needs passport or if you lived in Michigan then can get enhanced driver license. Most important thing to do look up is what can be brought back from Canada, because there is a limit on how many days and hours and also what can take over there. So make sure to check that out before planning because no one wants to get into trouble or end up paying more. These trips can be done over a weekend so minimum planning is needed, but don’t think there can’t be because with ever trip there is a need for some kind of planning. How many people are going? What kind of suitcases or bag will be use? Will a small cooler be ok or a larger one? Since Niagara Falls,
