Chapter One: Delhi Chicken Nawabi
It is assumed that this dish was brought to Indian by the Mughal rulers, who were generally fond of good food.
With the passage of time, certain ingredients were added to this dish and it became more popular among the common people.
You can easily cook Chicken Nawabi in your own kitchen without much effort.
Required Ingredients
Ten pieces of boneless chicken breasts
Two and a half teaspoons full of ginger paste
Two and a half teaspoons full of garlic paste
Three-fourths cups of grated cheese
Six green chilies
Half a teaspoon full of nutmeg powder
Three teaspoons full of chopped coriander leaves
One and a half teaspoons full of white pepper powder
Salt to suit your taste
