I’m a professional journalist who’s been involved in many publications covering many different topics through the decades. I’ve covered murders and marriages, breakthroughs and busts, elation and tragedy (the daily news stuff), but lately I’ve been working on a lot of websites, including nutritional and medical sites. Thus my interest in health, nutrition, diets and carbohydrates. I live in the Los Angeles area with my wife and three dogs. I’ll get back to that in a moment, but first…
Going to the bathroom might not seem like the proper topic for a book, even a smallish e-book, but it’s more a case of what goes in must come out,
and what goes into your body is of paramount importance to your health and to what comes out as your well-being or un-well-being. Thus this work of mine.
I’ve tag-lined my work Making 90 the New 60
to focus you on what’s important about our whole digestive system and the ecosystem that supports it.
Let’s face it. We all want to enjoy vibrant good health until a ripe old age, and then just fade away or go out in a blaze of glory. It’s your choice of exit strategies, of course, just as it’s equally your choice whether to nourish that vibrant good health we all cherish. Therefore…
I shouldn’t reveal my conclusion so close to the beginning, but I will because there are three extremely important reasons for you to create more feces (my next chapter explains what this means, so please hold on), and these reasons are:
Diabetes
Hypertension
Heart Disease
Or, better yet – the prevention thereof.
I don’t mean to engage in scatology (or scare tactics) in this little e-book, but my topic should be near and dear to anyone who values his or her health – and continued vital existence.
Let me be clear:
