Mark Evans is a comedy writer, director, and actor. He has written widely for television comedy shows including The Jack Docherty Show, That Mitchell and Webb Look, Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway, Popetown, and The Late Edition. He wrote and acted in the popular BBC Radio 4 comedy series Bleak Expectations, which ran from 2007 to 2012. It was adapted into a four-episode BBC TV series, The Bleak Old Shop of Stuff, premiered in 2011. His novel, Bleak Expectations, based on the radio series, was published in 2012, and a stage adaptation was premiered in 2022.

Do you see an opportunity to buy a property and flip it? Great. But you need some money to do the deal. Do you see an opportunity to buy a multiplex and rent it out for cash flow? Great. Oh, wait. You need money to do the deal.
So many aspiring investors have their hopes dashed on the lack of money. And guess what: It's not just aspiring investors who suffer this problem – even seasoned investors run out of cash and find themselves hitting their head on an invisible ceiling, unable to build their real estate investing business any bigger because they don't have access to the capital that they can invest to grow.

As an educator with a global audience of students, I frequently offer live webinars to demonstrate skills, recommend tools and resources, and introduce my students to experts who can help them.
