Inside you will find 25 recipes, including some of my favourites from the blog but primarily unreleased recipes exclusively for this e-book. My speciality is creating healthy treats using protein powder, but I have also included some non-added protein recipes in the book which are equally as delicious and 100% healthy. All the ingredients used to make these recipes are free from refined sugars, gluten, wheat, preservatives, and additives – essentially everything is as natural as it can possibly be. In addition to each recipe, you will find the basic nutritional information and macronutrient breakdown to help you track your macos and nutritional requirements.

The Food Medic was created by Hazel Wallace in May 2013. I don’t believe in dieting, deprivation or restriction of foods, healthy eating should be a part of your lifestyle and can be tailored to suit you regardless of who you are, or what you do. I create clean treats without added sugars, flavourings or preservatives, from wholefood ingredients. Many of my recipes include protein powder, but I also have many raw, vegan and paleo recipes too.
