About this ebook

A frozen turkey dinner is just fine for former soldier and widower Evan Paterson. But his five-year-old daughter deserves better. So when she invites her best friend and her single mother to the Double P ranch for the holiday meal, Evan agrees. But not to a fix-up. Social worker Julia Saunders knows as much about heartache as he does, but Evan isn't ready to love again. Until a duo of pint-sized matchmakers show two stubborn grown-ups what being thankful truly means.

Another uplifting story in this series. You have Evan Paterson, a former soldier and widower, raising a 5 year old daughter, and Julia Saunders, a single Mom, raising a 5 year old daughter. Put both girls together, and they do their best to get their Dad and Mom together. But both parents have had heartaches from their past relationships, and aren't real willing to try again. There is no fighting true love. I enjoyed the story line and the two little girls. But I also appreciated how the two adults had to learn to trust again and forgive; two important lessons we all need. This can easily be read as a stand alone story - but - there are secondary stories going on in this series that you wouldn't fully understand unless you read the stories as written in this series.

A man with a daughter, a woman with a daughter, and both with a post of desertion by their mates. This is a situation only God can untangle. This is an inspirational romance that was enjoyable to reas as the faith of both are restored and families healed.
