Generally the first hint of a secret baby plot and I'm outta there. Hackneyed and WAY overdone. Yet, Gates manages to make it plausible, to make a crazy-hot romance between philanthropist neurosurgeon sheikh Fareed and his younger brother's almost-widow WORK.

The scenes involving the baby and his medical problems - which have forced Gwen to seek Fareed's help - are both tender and realistical. I totally "bought" Gwen as a fiercely determined mother, and Fareed as a skilled and attentive doctor.

Still, the passion between Gwen and Fareed is the first and foremost issue throughout, the sexual tension and sex scenes really sizzle. Wonderful unexpected twist at the end. Intriguing secondary romance. This book has so much goodness packed into so few pages, yummy!
