    Waste of time, tells you nothing, it's as if half the book is missing!

    Good workout but there aren't enough pictures of the movements and the author comes across as pushy and condescending. I understand that motivating people sometimes means you challenge their comfort zones, but it doesn't exactly earn you a following except maybe the misogynists that like to be told what to do.
