- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Good workout but there aren't enough pictures of the movements and the author comes across as pushy and condescending. I understand that motivating people sometimes means you challenge their comfort zones, but it doesn't exactly earn you a following except maybe the misogynists that like to be told what to do.
