Fat, fat, fat.... There I said it. For some reason that little three letter word is taboo. (Usually they are four letters.) We are overweight. How about, we are over fat? Ouch! Kind of hurts to say that doesn't it. I'm on a weight-loss diet this month.

Okay, is it a 20 pound barbell hunkered under your shirt your caring around? No, it's 20 pounds of extra fat! Just plain, simple fat. That yucky, yellowish, squeamish stuff we've all seen some doctor or fitness guru holding up in a jar. Grossed out? Yeah me too. But I've still got the fat and plus now I'm grossed out.
