What I love about bodyweight exercises is that anyone can do them and benefit from them. If you are an individual who hasn’t exercised in in a long time you will be able to take it slow and steady. To enjoy the glow of good health, you must exercise – Gene Tunney
Everyone knows that they should exercise, but what kind of exercises should you do? For my money the best kinds of exercises you can do involve nothing but your own body and bodyweight. These kinds of exercises are the focus of my books The Bodyweight Exercise Bible, The Isometric Exercise Bible and The Abdominal Exercise Bible. Having said that which book or exercise program is right for you? That’s the whole point of this little book, to help you determine that.
What follows are samples from each of these books. The samples you will be reading about are in fact complete workouts onto themselves. If you do them you will get in far better shape than you are now and perhaps the best shape of your life. Obviously, however, they are not the complete books. If you like the workouts and exercises I am hoping you will consider getting the complete books. That’s why this book is so cheap (I’m actually hoping to give it away for free, but I’m not quite sure how to do that yet. If you got it for free then I guess I figured it out, lol).
