    Do you sometimes find yourself wishing you had another body type?

    Well, you can’t change your genetics but you can certainly improve your pear-shaped body and that is exactly what we focus on in this book. With the right nutrition plan and exercises you can sculpt a body that you can finally feel comfortable with.

    There are quite a number of different body shapes that women have been blessed with, or cursed with, depending on how you look at it.

    The most common body types are spoon, straight, inverted triangle, diamond, oval, hourglass, top hourglass and of course the infamous pear-shaped body type.

    The Pear-shaped body, also known as the triangle shape, is recognized by having a larger hip measurement than a bust measurement. This shape is compared to the pear fruit, hence the name.

    Women with this body type may find that any fat distribution in their body tends to deposit mostly in the buttocks, hips and thighs areas.

    The result is larger buttocks, thicker thighs and smaller breasts. Many women who have a pear-shaped figure tend to only see the negatives of the shape, but like all body types there are positives and negatives.

    Health Esteem – Embracing the Inner and Outer You

    Step 1: Reality Check

Most importantly, you want to check your inner compass and write down how you feel about your body as well as your emotional wellness.
