About this ebook

Why Grass-Fed Meat Makes the Best Meal for You

So what exactly is grass-fed meat?

Well people are made to believe that regardless of what the animal’s diet is or what animal you are eating, meat is meat. In simple words, no matter which animal you eat or what an animal is fed, the nutritional value of the product remains the same. It is time to bust the myth and realize this is not true. The diet of an animal can have a significant influence of the nutritional content it holds.

The following are some reasons why grass-fed meat and other animal products are always a preferable choice:

1. Grass-fed animal products, as compared to grain-fed animal products, tend to have lower levels of fat in them.

2. The amount of fat in grass-fed meat is almost the same as wild elk or deer, or skinless chicken.

3. Since grass-fed meat is lean meat, it can naturally lower the levels of LDL cholesterol in your body.

4. Because grass-fed meat is so lean, it is also low in calories.

5. It provides your body with extra dose of Omega-3.

6. Grass-fed beef is four times higher in vitamin E.

All in all, the overall benefits of replacing regular meat with grass-fed meat are greater than you think. It, indeed, makes your meal healthy, and much more delicious
