Consider your current routine.

How do you keep up with it all? You order coffee. You hire employees. You immediately hire more employees to replace the ones you hired yesterday who just didn’t bother to show up. You make sure the espresso machine is clean, you make sure the floors are shiny, you make sure the bathrooms smell good, you make sure the knock boxes are emptied, you make sure the trash is tossed, you make sure the bean grinder is full, you make sure the sugar dishes are topped off, you reconcile daily receipts each evening, then you drop into bed.

You are the owner of a coffee bar.
