About this ebook

The world of modern genetics has since its inception, been one of controversies, scandals and cover-ups. Each such episode has bettered the other and is done with a finesse that appears clearly criminal in intent. The Zika virus is one of the best examples of this and hides a very different agenda. On February 1st 2016, the WHO declared the Zika virus epidemic a global public health emergency. What caused this urgency? Why Zika?
The Zika virus was discovered in the year 1947 when it was isolated from monkeys from the Zika forest in Uganda in a laboratory. The first human case being detected in the year 1954 was found to cause a very mild form of disease involving low fever, sore body, headaches, and a mild rash in very few people. The rest did not show any symptoms at all. The symptoms were resolved in a few days. Prior to 2007 only 14 cases were recorded. So what changed in 2015? Experts cautioned that the virus was spreading fast and soon cases were reported from the USA, spread through sex, enforced the official narrative on the "ferocious spread" of the virus. The world was reminded by the ‘experts’ that the virus was only a plane ride away. It is not true. The virus is already amongst us, well-established!

The omnipotence of mankind reveals its true frailty when faced with desolation from great pestilence. Nature is not, and never was, satisfied with the alternations of life and death by man. The true vanity of man is rendered conspicuous by the presence of his self-preservation and, when the laws of nature, are violated with utter dispassion and contempt, nature reacts to subjugate the human ego, as it does with any usurper upon its natural law.

Deep in the mist of time, there was a much-feared deity named Lamia. Amongst the ancient Greeks and Romans, she was the great dread for their children, for whom, it was said, she had the credit of constantly enticing them away and destroying. To their mothers, she was known as the harbinger of sorrow, the bringer of the malady to the innocent.

    Today she is known as…Zika-Omega!

    Bradbury

They first called it the Pharaohs curse in the media. Doctor Jeff Bradbury said.

    Why? Adeline asked.

"Well, as Zika was originally spread by the mosquito genus ‘Aedes aegypti’, people equated the name to Egypt and consequently, the ‘Passover’ of biblical history, the killing of the first born. But why they related it to something in the Old Testament I cannot fathom, as it is not only the first born that started to die, but the second, third and so on. But I suppose like all pandemics, there is a guilt complex which emanates from the human psyche, I can only suppose, to add reason for any catastrophe which befalls mankind.

But that was five years ago. At first the innocents did indeed die, and their mothers suffered worldwide. However, as you know ‘Zika’ is no longer content with infanticide, due to more human interference, its new variant Zika-Omega found a new vector for transmission…everybody!"

The new lab assistant, Adeline Thomas sat in front of him, respectfully attentive.

He certainly didn't look like a virologist. She thought, wondering if she was going to like working with him. She shook her head imperceptibly, possibly, but not probably.

It might be difficult being cooped up here with him day after day. Well, she could always quit if things got too tough, at least there was that consolation.

Doctor Bradbury draped his lean body across the desk, leaning his elbows on its surface. There was a faint smile on his devilish looking face as he eyed her quizzically. You're new, he said. "Not
