About this ebook
Poems are the intentionally exposed deep thoughts of the poet. And when those thoughts are inspired by God’s Spirit, the great thoughts of God is revealed cheaply at the doorsteps of your eyes to let them in for profiting. The rays of light coming forth from this Gbaeren collection are sharpened and improved upon from the last edition.
There is divine mixture of colorful words, which have been carefully infused into poems of a sort, to add value to your life and to appreciate God’s person as the reason for all blessings.
Rub your mind with the poet’s “Iron sharpeneth iron.”

Painting Life With Words - Gbaeren, Felix Saa-Aondo
THE MESSAGE
Write my words and print them in books, as a light to the world.
THE POET’S WORD
What the painter does with paint is the same thing the poet do with words. The painter seeks to beauty any edifice by adding colours to the structure. Man is a spiritual building (1per 2:5) and he can only reflect the kind of colourful words his life is painted with. And of course, words are building blocks that aid the sub and super structural strength of a building.
Christianity is closely related with good citizenship. Therefore, the poet’s pen has covered a gamut of civic and spiritual realms as inspired by the spirit of Almighty God.
This is a collection of well laid words with sharp edges to cut nicely the vices pervading our society and to re address the spirituality of many Christians with an aim to beautifying lives to the glory of God. Your height in life is largely determined by the depth of what you know. Knowledge is not just wished for, but it is reached for.
Dig deeply into this poetic ingenuity and you will discover golden treasures that are capable of transforming your life permanently and giving you a permanent control of the affairs of your life. It will help you to appreciate the unseen hands of God that
Created and is still creating wonders amongst his people. To appreciate also the beauty of God‘s creation and creatures, and to understand the deplorable state of affairs in our society and a possible panacea, which is only in the ‘’silent but salient wind proceeding from God‘s presence ‘’ and blowing gently to affect in a positive way and blowing to fall down overgrown trees of habits, and encourage those who have shown themselves good.
A poem to individuals is not with an aim to sycophancy but to lay bare the selfless qualities example, leaving the reader with the choice to emulate and become a leader.
The Nigerian society is covered with political and religious blisters, owing to a blizzard of mishmash witnessed recently in the nation, threats to break the unity of a people is lingering and even as a church, the miasma of self-indulgent individuals are posing a peril of total disunity as against the initial intention of the owner of the church (Jesus Christ).
Now is the time to embrace the truth by relying heavily on God’s Word to prosper in all your endeavours. Choose not to deepen the decay in our society and the church by refusing to lean on human doctrines as against the Word of God.
This edition is an improvement on the last collection. Read and think, do not read passively. Enjoy the flavour.

BUY ENTERNITY NOW
Peep beyond the flesh
Peep to view reality
The curtain is opened now
Opening to reveal eternity
Thousands of saints come along with him
He behind blackness of darkness is revealed
Raging waves of the sea calmed
Forming out the shame of Babylon
But New Jerusalem is applauded above the hills
Rod of him that smote the earth will be broken
Loftiness of man is bowed down
Holes of rocks and caves will not
They shall deliver not the hidden
Earth terribly shaken in that day
Tops of ragged rugged rocks broken
Breath fades away from nostrils
Lofty looks of man will be humbled
Gates shall lament and mourn regrets
Many an ensign gone forth from God
Gone out swiftly with speed to speak repentance
Some heed not and disappear into perdition
And compassion become blunt
Regrets so eternal
Books opened to sing lyrics
Spelling surnames clearly
Giving crowns to white robes
Death’s twins are engulfed
Paraded freely now is a parasol for sale
Market is calling for a free buy
Ensign stopped by apiece to enlist
By humility,
Buy eternity.
GOD IN ME
Waters saw His residence in me
And he was afraid to hold his tears
The depths were troubled
Clouds poured out water
And skies sent out sounds
Voice of the thunder is here
The footsteps are seen by the blind
But the blind see clearly God in me
God in me raising hope for glory
ODE TO BABA GBAEREN
Born to untendered harshness
Struggled with the hands to stand
Stood up quickly running along
