    In 2012 Tanvi Naik was diagnosed with breast cancer. Entering her treatment with optimism and hope, and with a loving husband and two young daughters at home, she stood firm in the belief that death was not an option for her; “that’s for other people,” she’d say. As Tanvi and her husband Prashant embarked on an incredible journey, their lives were completely put on hold and they were confident they would overcome this setback. Unfortunately, Tanvi’s cancer was not as simple to cure as first anticipated, numerous challenges and obstacles came their way as the aggressive strain of cancer invaded her body. Just when they thought they had beaten it, the Naiks’ biggest fear was realised – Tanvi was diagnosed as terminally ill and, frankly, they’d need a miracle to beat this. Written by her husband Prashant, Tanvi’s story of bravery and determination is shared with the reader in a touching manner. 
    Cancer: A Journey’s End is written for anyone who has had to go through the process of losing a loved one. It provides the reader with a better understanding of the journey and the pressure and the fears that come with a cancer diagnosis. Countless other families have walked the same journey as Prashant Naik and he hopes that this book will bring comfort to others who have gone through a similar experience. “It’s not just my book, it’s our book, for all of us who have lost a loved one,” explains Prashant. Cancer: A Journey’s End is a bittersweet story of an incredible woman who sadly lost her battle with cancer.
