STICKMAN EXERCISE PLAN
Before we get into the exercises in this plan, a few disclaimers. I am not a physician, personal trainer, or educated physical therapist of any sort. I am a person with issues that I use as excuses. You will be happy to hear I'll spare you the majority of them. The one that necessitated me writing this book has to do with exercise.
