Beef jerky is just the tip of the iceberg! This book will cover a wide range of items to use in creating delicious jerky recipes.     Chapter One: Beef Jerky Recipes

    In this chapter, you will learn:

    Beef Jerky Recipes

    I've got a bunch of wonderful beef jerky recipes to share with you in this chapter. Try a few out and find some dishes to fall in love with. For all of the following recipes, unless otherwise noted in the recipe itself, I recommend that you use a flank steak cut or whole muscle cut of meat. If you were to use ground beef it would require a slightly different process then these recipes go over. 

    Taste Of the Islands Jerky Recipe

    Ingredients:

    1 1/2 pounds of beef

    1 tablespoon of some grated ginger

    2 tablespoons of some soy sauce

    1/2 teaspoon of some fine sea salt

    1/4 teaspoon of some black pepper

    1/8 teaspoon of liquid smoke

    1/4 cups of  some lime juice

    1 teaspoon of some crushed red pepper

    2 tablespoons of some Worcestershire

    Cooking spray

    Cooking Directions:

    Cut the meat into thick slices of 1/8″ to 1/4″. It might help if you freeze slightly before hand)

    Mix the lime juice, your soy sauce, sea salt, ginger, both peppers, Worcestershire, and the liquid smoke.

    Add the meat and then coat.

    Cover it up and stick in the refrigerator for a minimum of 6 hours.

    Take out the meat and place the meat strips on top of some foil on your oven racks.

    Set your oven to the lowest temperature. Keep oven slightly open for proper ventilation. Remember to check jerky for pliability. Jerky can bend but shouldn't break. Cook till jerky reaches your preference of hard or chewy.

    Smoked Jerky Recipe

    Ingredients:

    2 lb. of beef

    1 Tb. of some cider vinegar

    1 dash of some hot sauce (your preference)

    1 dash of  some Worcestershire sauce

    1 c. of some soy
