Reviews for Mathematizing
2 ratings1 review
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5The author advocates teaching young children mathematical concepts by learning concepts such as tall, short, wide, narrow, long, and round. He shows how teachers can create conversations that reinforce these concepts and provide children with a good foundation for advanced mathematics. A full review of the book will appear in a future issue of The Christian Librarian. A review copy for my library was received in exchange for an honest review.
