and for useful tipps - Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5This was a quick read and overview of some of the basics of the Keto diet that reads a bit like a blog post - mostly recapping the author's own personal experience with the diet and very briefly referencing some more scientific resources (but not going into any great detail). I've been researching the keto diet for a while and have been giving it a try and this book had some good pointers I hadn't considered before.
