Blofeld is dead. And SPECTRE, the world’s greatest criminal organisation, disbanded. But then a series of murders and hijackings reveal the unimaginable: someone has revitalised SPECTRE – and it is now more dangerous than ever. Armed with the latest high-tech weapons and gadgets – and a new partner, CIA agent Cedar Leiter – James Bond undertakes his most perilous mission yet. I liked it because it was James Bond, but unfortunately, this novel was extremely sophomoric and silly. In this novel Blofeld appears to be back, and Spectre appears to be back as well, and only James Bond can stop them. There is lots of action and gadgets and sex as well as Felix Leiter's daughter. The problem lies with the story. The story is straightforward and predictable, yes it is James Bond, but I need something to keep me intrigued.
