- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Your Toolkitto Modify Mood, Overcome Obstructions and Improving Your Life by Elaine Forman and Dr. Clair Poland is an excellent little book about CBT activities and experiments to explore and challenge, stories and exercises to help with perspective, I really liked the use of ACT, mindfulness and the review of challenges to distorted thoughts. This is a useful book when working with patients on insomnia and depression.
