You will quickly realize how good it feels to come home at the end of a hard day and relax because you know your meal will be waiting for you in the kitchen!

You might not realize how versatile your Crock Pot is, but its capability to be a slow cooker is only the beginning as you will soon discover. You will have fun making tasty and less time-consuming meals that you and your family will enjoy.

The following chapters will discuss some of the many different ways to cook chicken, beef, potatoes, and all of the other healthy foods that make you proud to say you love the American way of eating! You will discover ways to cook everything from applesauce to zucchini.

You will learn how important it is to use the correct size crock pot indicated for in the recipe. It has been designed with the cooking times in mind. Therefore, if you have a recipe that calls for three hours in the six-quart pot and has a different size, the cooking time can vary. You may need to make some minor adjustments, but it will be a quick fix. Just keep this in the preparation of your delicious recipes.

There are plenty of books on this subject on the market, thanks again for choosing this one! Every effort was made to ensure it is full of as much useful information as possible. Please enjoy!
