At the same time, the type of customers you attract and the culture of your business or organisation are also determined by your culture. It’s an outworking of how you cultivate your skills and manage your resources. It's also impacted by how you deal with people you lead.

    Creating a winning business culture takes a lot more. But today, it’s about trying to understand a few basic principles that will help you drive your business or organisation in a more dynamic way, and to a more successful place.     My name is Christopher Sajnendra. So what makes me such an expert in all these things? Well, let me share with you.
