Everything Has Changed - Christopher Sajnendra
Introduction
Creating a winning business culture is paramount to the success of your business, but many times, you'll meet people who confuse business culture with the culture of the work environment. The culture of a business really, is not just determined by the culture of the work environment or the culture of the workplace, but also influenced by the customer’s culture. At the same time, the type of customers you attract and the culture of your business or organisation are also determined by your culture. It’s an outworking of how you cultivate your skills and manage your resources. It's also impacted by how you deal with people you lead.
Creating a winning business culture takes a lot more. But today, it’s about trying to understand a few basic principles that will help you drive your business or organisation in a more dynamic way, and to a more successful place. If you spend a few minutes implementing what you learn here today, you’ll be on your way to developing a winning business and organisational culture in no time.
My name is Christopher Sajnendra. So what makes me such an expert in all these things? Well, let me share with you. My past few years have been spent dealing with and coaching a whole bunch of CEOs, leaders, and business owners. Together, we helped create powerful businesses that would not only celebrate the success of the business but also celebrate the people that work in these businesses. We've managed to create teams that have buy into
the vision, that have an understanding of what the business is all about, and then go on to become great ambassadors for the business itself.
In this book, I'll be sharing with you some very simple, but powerful things that you could start implementing in the business that you're leading, especially if you're a CEO, an Executive, or maybe just leading other people. These are just simple principles about people, about culture, that you could start implementing today
