      I've read the actual book before and even though I sped read through this book, it is a really good refresher and reminder on this simple logic of finding your why (in your company, yourself and to your life). Simon Sinek is truly an amazing coach for the company.

      The real book aside, this summary really did a good job extracting the important points.

      This is a really good how to book. After reading Start With Why, I thought it was a really good book but didn't necessarily tell me anything that I didn't already know from watching the 16 minute video on YouTube. This book, however, is a real resource full of step by step instructions that tell you how to find your own why, or lead your team or organization through the process. I used this with my organization and a really awesome Why came out of it, totally different than anything that we had ever done before, but which encapsulates why we do what we do more succinctly and powerfully than anything we'd ever come up with before.
