About this ebook

This book is a topical index for the New King James Version of the Bible. The reason author Terry R. Trammell created this index is that, even though he knew where many topics may be located, it would help many other people who were less knowledgeable. He decided to put something together that would help others in their studies by having a topical index, helping them to locate particular subjects and topics more easily like it has him. This will save more time than using concordances, as they help you look for words, not topics.

This New King James Version Topical Index covers all sixty-six books of the Bible, both the Old and New Testaments. In this topical index, you will find that all the books will have a heading, a sub-heading, a list of the topics that are within that particular book, plus the page number of where that topic begins and ends. It has already helped Mr. Trammell a great deal. He is sure it will help you in your study of Gods Word, as well. Even if you are not studying as a student but are just looking for a certain topic, this topical index will be of great use.

Author

Terry R. Trammell, MTh

Terry R. Trammell has a Master of Theology Degree from Christian Life School of Theology located in Columbus, GA with a campus located in Spartanburg, SC. Terry was born in Union, SC where he graduated from Union High School in 1975. Terry presently lives in Spartanburg, SC. This edition of the NKJV Topical Index is the Revised Edition of the first NKJV Topical Index, which corrects errors from the 1st Edition and adding a Topical Concordance to the Revised Edition. The title may be “NKJV Topical Index,” but it is not solely in the NKJ Version. It is a Multi-Version Topical Index, using many different versions of the Bible. Terry is currently working on another project that deals with End-time Bible Prophecy. When the book has been proof-read, it too will be sent to the publisher, Westbow Press in Bloomington, Indiana. The book is 400+ pages long. Additionally, Terry has an invention called “Terry PAK.” This invention is patented with the red seal and is an innovative packaging container that houses either CD’s or DVD’s housed in their own patented paper sleeves, which are included. The “Terry PAK” is square and has a carrying handle in which to carry it without having the use of bags to carry around the CD’s / DVD’s. Terry is waiting on a manufacturing company who would want to produce this patented idea which has a Favorable Market Analysis. The “Terry PAK” is being promoted by International Licensing Consultants in Boca Raton, FL. Their phone number is 800-713-1899 for those who may be interested. Terry wants to use the proceeds “to help the poor & needy here in the U.S.” Many ministries and other people help nations across the globe, but the LORD has put on my heart to help the “Appalachian Mountain Project” in SC, NC and TN. There are just too many people (especially young children) in this area who are starving, not being able to buy clothing or much food at all. Terry thanks you in Jesus’ name for your consideration.

How to Read & Use the Concordance

    Example:

    Aaron -- 6-1b8;1c;1c1,5-6; 9-1a13;1b1; 10-1b1; 11-2b,2b1;3b2,3;3c2;3d3

In doing a search for a word, as in this example, I am using the name of Aaron. Since we are looking for Aaron, let's go to the concordance to see where we can find the name. The first place where Aaron is located in the Old Testament is 6-1b8 as we can see above in the example. The bold number "6 is the page number in the Topical Index where Aaron is located. Now we look in Section 1, then Section B then in Number 8 to locate Aaron. In the example below, I have underlined where 1b8 is located. So, we can see that the first place where Aaron is located in the Old Testament Topical Index is in Exodus 4:18---4:31. The second location of Aaron is Page 6, Section 1, Subsection c. Then again on Page 6, Section 1, then Section C, then in Numbers 1,5-6. In the example below, Aaron" is located on Page 6. In the example above, the bold numbers are ALL page numbers where Aaron is located in the Topical Index.

IMPORTANT: The semicolons separate the Sections. The Commas separate the Number locations and subsections. The bold numbers separate the page numbers.
