Overcoming Obstacles
I thought the trials would never end, until God came along and carried me through them.
It was the end of summer, I was ten years old, and my life changed. On a Sunday after church service, I immediately went to the church van to lie down, as I was not feeling well. I lay on the seat waiting for the bus driver to take me home. I felt very weak, my throat was sore, my head ached, and my body felt weird. I didn’t know what was wrong with me.
When I got home, I went straight to my room and went to sleep.

During the episodes of going back and forth to the hospital, after the doctors stabilized me and released me to go home, I sometimes had to return to the hospital the same day. It was difficult for me to understand what was going on—I was only a child, so it
