    2 cups rye flakes

    2 cups multigrain cereal (rye, oats, barley and wheat)

    2 cups kamut flakes

    2 cups heritage ancient grain cereal

    2 cups raw sliced almonds

    1 cup sunflower seeds

    1/4 cup sesame seeds

    1 cup sucanat*

    1 teaspoon cinnamon

    1/2 cup olive oil

    1 teaspoon vanilla

    1/2 cup honey
