Windmill Therapy: Your Guide to Better Health
()
About this ebook
We can live over 100 years because our body cells are constantly replacing themselves. For instance, the hair and the nails continually regrow. Around every seven years, all the cells in the body are replaced. At the beginning, everyone is balanced, but over time, due to accidental injuries or improper movements, parts of the body become distorted. An unbalanced body is then developed. Then, all muscle coordination is working for the distorted body.
What Joseph does in his treatment is to help the patient to unlock the distorted parts, and to show them how to do movements with the correct muscles to regain a balanced body. Thereafter, the patient will regain proper muscle coordination on both sides of the body. During the treatment period, body cell replacement continues, and these new generation cells will work better in a balanced structure. The whole body will then be supported by new generation cells with proper muscle coordination. If the body cannot generate new cells to replace old problem cells, the bodycannot be fixed from distortion.

INTRODUCTION
The Reason We Wrote This Book
My story is a simple one. I was like all children who run around and play games and do exercises, and then something happens. The first thing that happened to me was an injury to my ankle. It was my left ankle, and it was a small piece of broken bottle that cut it. I didn’t do anything, and I let it recover by itself. The second thing was when something twisted as I played basketball, and my left knee was seriously hurt. I can recall this in my childhood. And then on one occasion, my appendix burst inside. But I still went on and played basketball all day. When I came home, it felt very painful, and I went to the hospital. Then they told me they had to do immediate surgery because it was appendicitis and everything was a mess. Then after that, wow, I still enjoyed playing sports. Then on another occasion, I had a fracture in my right leg. This was a problem, but I coped. Then I went on with my studies, played games, and really enjoyed sports. I played basketball and practised Chinese Kung Fu. I liked Chinese Kung Fu because it made me strong. And then when I finished all this and started working, I realised I needed lots of strength and began to think about how to be a more capable person.
To begin with, after I finished my university study, I was a secondary school teacher for about a year. As a teacher, I always felt very tired because I spoke all day and I took care of many students’ affairs. After that, I made a change and became a computer programmer. I did this for a couple of years, and I had enough strength to work. Later, I changed to a local telephone company and, again, worked in software development teams. After about fifteen years, I worked in companies providing billing solutions for mobile and Internet service providers. Then I found that sometimes when I was working, I had back pain and I felt tired. Sometimes I had stomach problems or some rashes and did not feel very well. I had allergies and tried not to eat too much seafood. It was just like the many problems that common city people have. Then I thought, How is it that I have so many problems? Why do I feel back pain sometimes? This is similar to the lifestyle that many people here in Hong Kong have—they eat when they are hungry, and they go to the doctor if they are sick. One day I thought to myself, How is it that I have to see so many doctors? Why do I need them to fix these problems all my life? Many people are like this because human beings are always thinking about wanting to try to find solutions, some form of resolution, instead of continually doing the same thing because it is not really solving the problem.
