Tasty but mild seasoning and use herbs.

Food and drinks should not be too hot and not too cold.
Eat slowly and chew well so that the bite is poured and warmed up.
Light coffee, little or no alcohol and drinks with little or no sugar.
Make food fresh and low in fat.
