About this ebook
It goes beyond ‘just eat it’.
It’s not that easy to just ‘do whatever it takes’.
For some of us, it’s truly difficult to get ourselves used to the goodness of vegetables and plant products. Even if you want to eat it, you might not be able to get yourself to eat it. You might have your own questions and apprehensions about this lifestyle. And it’s good that you do, because this book covers everything you need to know.
Whatever your goal is, from eating just a little more than you usually do, to becoming completely vegan, this is the step-by-step guide for you.
I’m not going to tell you to be a vegan.
I’m not going to tell you to be a vegetarian either.
I’m going to tell you exactly what you can do right now, starting today, to help the environment, and feel good about it. Because you’re allowed to feel that way about your choices, especially if they have a positive impact.
This laid-back guide will be teaching you what it truly means to be a flexitarian. Because you don’t have to miss out on anything.

Why Vegetarian
I won’t get enough protein.
I can’t afford it.
I don’t have the willpower; it would never work.
It’s just so hard though, you know?
My partner might not like it.
I can’t cook.
I can’t boil water without burning it.
Yes, yes, I know.
I also know that all it takes are a bunch of simple guidelines. You won’t be falling off the veggie bandwagon if you start right.
It’s not a difficult decision to make either. It doesn’t have to be an expensive ordeal, and nor does it have to involve gourmet chefs. You just need to figure things out as you go. You try new things, see what you like, get delighted, and repeat. It’s really that simple.

We’ve all heard ‘You are what you eat.’ There’s more to it than that.
As put by author Micheal Pollan, 'You are what you eat eats.'
If you’re anything like me, you have been pounding down fried chicken and bacon like nobody’s business for most of your life. This will no doubt be a complete change if you’re used to having a love affair with steak and fries every other night. It’s okay to be a carnivore through and through. I applaud you for wanting to make this change.
And if you want to turn this around, good news is that there has never been a better time in history to switch to a more plant-based diet. There’s endless support out there for you, from multiple organizations you can subscribe to for motivation to thousands of cookbooks boasting vegan-friendly meals.
Cutting back on meat is now in vogue. There are so many options in both supermarkets and restaurants, but it can be daunting if meat is what you’re used to. It might be what you find comforting, and it’s habitual, even though you know you have to make an effort to change that.
Food is such a big part of your life, and you want it to be an enjoyable experience. I get that. That’s why you have come to the right place
