The changing nature of play

I am standing in one of Tatachilla Lutheran College’s newest ‘classrooms’. The space is light-filled and airy, the temperature perfect and the setting designed to accommodate the varied needs of the junior school students. Those with learning difficulties and anxiety seem to do particularly well here. The subjects covered include all the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) foundations, as well as softer skills like collaboration
