Social media allows people to share how they plan and prepare their meals. This is a long-established practice and nothing new but it is a great way to ensure you eat what you want every day.
One of the big things that people often think about meal planning and preparation is that you eat the same thing every day. I certainly don’t and then I get asked, ‘Do you go home and cook every evening?’ The answer is no. When I am in the kitchen, I generally cook a few things together, such as a soup, a curry and a hummus. Then I will freeze portions of them all, keeping one or two portions fresh in the fridge for the week ahead. Therefore, I have a stock on hand for the days when I am really short on time to prepare
