    I have been struggling with negative thoughts, worries, anxiety for months. It got really bad last week where I was scared it was turning into depression. I needed to help myself fast. This book is a blessing!! Its explaining everything perfectly, why i feel the way I do. And it brings me hope and determination to change things around!! You control your mind, not the other way around!!
