    Excelente libro, hace honor a su nombre. Sin lugar a dudas una referencia para tener a mano para todos aquellos que hemos hecho de las ventas nuestra profesión.
    Es extenso, pero vale la pena poner atención a cada punto señalado por el autor, muchos de ellos los he comprobado personalmente.
