The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Thursday weekly conference on neutralizing Workplace Racism. This segment is specifically constructed to improve non-white people's problem-solving ability and to refine how black people think, speak, act and control emotions while on the job. Any listeners who've figured out the best technique to minimize conflicts with White and/or non-white co-workers, sidestep demotions, write-ups, terminations or other forms of violence we experience in Racist work environments should be first to call in with details.
