Description
The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Thursday weekly caucus on Workplace Racism. The purpose for this program is to hone non-white people's problem-solving skills and to sharpen how black people think, speak, act and manage emotions while at work. Any listeners who've figured out the prefect strategy to reduce strife with White and/or non-white co-workers, avoid demotions, write-ups, terminations or other violations we experience under Racist labor conditions should be first to call in with details. We always welcome the experiences of "black entrepreneurs;" please, inform us on how being "self-employed" improves your work experience. We'll hear counter-racist codification from listeners as well as individual reflections from your own work environment. Gus encourages Victims of Racism to document significant workplace events. Documenting your thoughts and workplace occurrences is more dependable than memory, and the act of documenting can clarify your thinking. We'll also ask that non-white listeners share important portions of the policy and procedure from your current place of employment. #AnswersForMiriamCarey INVEST in The COWS - http://paypal.me/GusTRenegade CALL IN NUMBER: 641.715.3640 CODE 564943# The C.O.W.S. archives: http://tiny.cc/76f6p
