Description
The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Thursday weekly caucus on Workplace Racism. The reason for this program is to improve non-white people's problem-solving abilities and to refine how black people think, speak, act and manage our emotions while at work. Any listeners who've unearthed the best way to minimize conflict with White and/or non-white co-workers, evade demotions, write-ups, terminations or the other usual abuses we experience under Racist labor conditions should be first to call in and share details. We always welcome the experiences of Black "entrepreneurs;" please, let us know how being "self employed" alters your contact with Whites on the job. We'll hear counter-racist techniques from listeners as well as individual reflections from your own work environment. Gus encourages victims of racism to record our workplace experiences. Documenting your thoughts and workplace incidents is more reliable than memory, and the act of writing can help organize your thinking. We'll also request that non-white listeners share significant sections of the policy and procedure from your current place of employment. #AnswersForMiriamCarey INVEST in The COWS - http://paypal.me/GusTRenegade CALL IN NUMBER: 641.715.3640 CODE 564943# The C.O.W.S. archives: http://tiny.cc/76f6p
