The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Thursday weekly caucus on Workplace Racism. This broadcast is specifically designed to improve our problem-solving abilities and to refine how black people think, speak, act and control our emotions while at work. Any listeners who have figured out the best strategies to minimize conflict with White and/or non-white co-workers, avoid demotions, write-ups, terminations or the other usual troubles we experience under Racist labor conditions should be first to dial in and share specifics. We always welcome the experiences of Black "entrepreneurs;" please, report how being "self employed" reshapes your contact with Whites on the job.
