- (5/5)Frog is Frightened is a short children's picture book about a character name Frog. He is suddenly woken up in the middle of the night by a creaking sound under his bed. He exits his house, crosses the creepy forest, and goes to visit Duck's house. They sleep together and eventually they too hear mysterious noises. They visit Pig's house where they all three sleep peacefully. Hare visits and tells them that everyone is scared of something. This book was really well written and illustrated. I enjoyed the pictures and the characters of the story. The message that Hare conveys to the other 3 characters about everyone being scared of something was a saying I really liked.
