Introduction

FOR the past 16 years of my life, I have been looking for answers to our mission on earth. I have often thought that there were no coincidences in life, so why was humanity created? And why are our individual opportunities so different?

Spending my high school years in a Catholic school, I was targeted as a rebel because I never settled for what people assumed had to be done; I did not conform to the rules of the church, and making me attend church every Sunday was about impossible, so I lied. Finally, in year 12, four months before our graduation, I was expelled. Twenty-five mothers and their daughters went to the school that afternoon, people that actually saw and understood my intentions, and so the school had no choice but to let me resume the year and graduate with my lifelong friends. I was not a bad kid, I was just not going to do something because someone else wanted me to do so. My spiritual faith was not to be imposed.

People have been asking me for years if I have a ‘gift’, and my answer has always been ‘no’. But in the past weeks, flashes of my childhood tell me that I am not special, but I might be different.

I remember asking my parents when would the secret be revealed. What were adults hiding? Why was everyone hiding something so special from me? The answer from my parents was always the same: We are not hiding any secrets. But from within me, there was a voice that told me that I had to be an adult to know ‘the secret’. Finally, at age 18, I met Graciela.

For the past 15 years, I have been in the pursuit of a better life and have used many healing tools. It has also been important to me who I let in my life and who I share my time with.

I have shared in this book the journey I have gone through to be able to understand the universe as much as I do. The information that is now in my conscious memory would not have been there if I had dismissed the learning of my childhood, teenage years and early adulthood.

I seemingly understood the answers to my biggest questions, which are, ‘who am I’ and ‘why I am here’.

My wish for you is that my words inspire you to create the life of your dreams and that your cellular information matches the vibration of what you are asking for.

As a result, you will understand what the forces behind the creation of your day-to-day life are and how to change what you don’t like about it so you can achieve well-being, whatever that means to you.

In this book, I refer to God, the universe, the source, the grid as ‘he’ just for simplification purposes. I believe that ‘she’ would have done exactly the same job, or an even better one.

You will also find that in this book, we are confining the discussion to this universe but not disregarding the idea of several ones. The multiverse is a combination of Gods, each universe being the God that feeds and regulates the life of the members of that particular universe. This God includes people, nature, planets and all matter that exists.

Before you embrace the idea of conscious transformation of your cells, there are some concepts that you need to understand.

I am not expecting you to trust blindly what I am telling you. I am going to help you understand why your beliefs and what’s written in your DNA create your whole life. I will teach you how to change what you don’t like consciously. You have the remote control of your DNA, not the other way around.

My best piece of advice for you is that throughout this book, you take what sounds true to your light on board and dismiss the rest. In the end, the only wisdom that is worth discovering is your own; I will only be the vessel.

Chapter 1

You don’t know what you have always known, until you know.

IT was a rainy day in the year 1998; I had made an appointment with a cosmetologist a week earlier and was now travelling west of the city of Caracas to meet a lady who was going to make the little white spots on my eyelids disappear.

After a long drive through the windy hills, I arrived at a red house with large garage doors. A little door on the side opened and a small, skinny, red-headed woman, with a beautiful smile, opened the door. Once inside the room, I could see an old and outdated beauty apparatus. The walls were yellowish and discoloured, the smell of the ’80s was still present in that room covered by the smell of facial creams and incense, and the massage bed was old and uncomfortable, but it was decorated with clean white towels and sarongs.

Graciela was around 50 when I met her, but she never revealed her real age. After looking at my eyes, she said, I cannot help you remove those spots from your eyelids, but there is something else I can do for you. I will charge you the same amount of money, and it will be very beneficial, she said with enthusiasm, Let me read your iris.

My iris? I said, surprised. Iridology was something I had never heard of before and I wasn’t really sure what I was signing up for. But I was there already, it wasn’t that much money and I needed a lot of help by then anyway, so I had nothing to lose, and I agreed. That was the moment, in my subconscious, that I decided to change my life and let ‘the secret’ flow within me.

She didn’t perform iridology; she did a reading of my soul through my eyes, which blew my mind. She told me of the attempt that my parents had in 1983 to move back to Italy and how that affected me in my early childhood. From there on, I started a journey of understanding about where we come from, how the universe works, who God is, how I can best communicate with Him to enhance my life and how can I be the best person I can be and help people do the same.

I spent two years under Graciela’s wings, who was, in fact, a dedicated psychotherapist. In every session, she taught me more and more about the spiritual world. I started reading metaphysical books and my passion grew even more.

After those two years, I studied the art of reading cards and Tarot for 12 months, and I became a founding member of a coven of Wiccans, a Celtic tradition of pagan witchcraft, that met every month to study and to celebrate the Full Moon. But that’s all another story.

The Energy Field

Everything is determined, the beginning as well as the end, by forces over which we have no control. It is determined for the insect, as well as for the star. Human beings, vegetables, or cosmic dust, we all dance to a mysterious tune, intoned in the distance by an invisible piper.

When I was a little girl, I told my sister that I had a very sensitive hearing and that I could hear things that no one else could. I actually don’t recall what I heard, but I do remember telling her about my ‘special’ gift.

I could also feel the energy. I will never forget one particular day at a family reunion. We were playing hide and seek, I was hiding in the toilet with my cousin, waiting for the other kids to find us. I told her that I had this special sense and I could feel people coming by, sensing their energy field. Close your eyes, just wait, I will know when someone is approaching, I said to her.

I can still recall the feeling of someone approaching that day; it was just like two magnets pulling together.

Remembering this wonderful childhood moment made me think, From where did I get this idea and how did I assume that I had such powers?

After many years of practice and study, I am now convinced that there is a force that drives this attraction. This is what I call the ‘Energy Field’.

I have never settled for things I cannot understand, not at school, not at university, not in my life. I question things and always look for the answer that rings true to me.

This field of energy around each one of us is a well-accepted concept, better known as the ‘Aura’. The aura extends from our hearts to about 7 feet wide and a connection made through our spinal cord supports it.

The field is quite sensitive and it changes according to the environment.

It is up to each one of us, how we want our energy field to be. In my courses, I teach people how to reduce and increase the size of their energy fields. Apart from being fun, it can be handy if you want to make a presence or just go unnoticed – the mastery of ‘invisibility’ lies in this skill.

The energy field is also visible. Sometimes, from a beam of light coming through the window, you can see little motes of dust floating around this majestic grid. I have also seen a mesh of light under the same conditions. When these particles and the mesh of light are visible together, you can suddenly understand that the particles are floating in a synchronised way, there is a path they are following and there are no random falls.

This field of energy is what keeps us alive and what hosts the body we live in. It’s the fuel that pumps our emotions. It’s the aura that hosts the physical body.

Everything, absolutely everything, happens in the astral world first. I believe even disease is first manifested in our energy field and then into our physical body.

Our physical body changes with every life we live. Just like a new day, life and death are part of a cycle. However, this aura or energy field stays with us for a very long period of time.

It is of extreme importance to take care of your body, but it is essential not to neglect the magnetism that forms a field around it. By looking after your aura, you not only keep your body happy and healthy, but you nourish your energy field that stays with you for, literally, an eternity.
